Role Description
This is a temporary on-site Help Desk Specialist role located in Herzogenaurach. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, help desk support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and customer support on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
Troubleshooting desktop computers
Customer Support skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with remote desktop support tools, ticketing systems and service desk operations
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required
Must have knowledge of English and German
Must be available with in 2 hours of request.
